I could be sitting here worrying about all sorts of things. I could worry about tomorrow and what it will bring.  I could be worrying about how long I will be stuck in a particular predicament. Instead, I choose to trust God.  Why should I trust God when I’ve been through so much?  Why should I trust Him, when I’ve been hurt so much?  I trust because God has been there time and time again. I trust because I am still surviving. I trust because I have too. I trust because God says so.

And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ. Philippians 1:6

God has started something in each of you.  And what God starts cannot be stopped by anyone.  No demon, no devil, no evildoer can stop what God has planned for our lives.  There may be times where it looks like we are losing to stiff opposition.  Today I encourage you to stay strong and have faith that God is with you.  Not only is God with you but He will finish what He started.

Don’t worry about how things look.  God doesn’t use the natural eye to reveal His plans.  God relies on our faith to bring about His purpose for us.  Just trust Him.
